What is your return window?
Unused, unopened food kits and accessories may be returned within seven days of delivery.
Can I return opened food kits?
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened gourmet kits and perishable items cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos within 48 hours if your package arrives damaged.
How will my refund be issued?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Who pays return shipping costs?
Return shipping is covered for damaged or incorrect orders; other returns may require customer-paid shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchange requests depend on stock availability. We will help arrange a suitable replacement whenever possible.
